About Hope Grove

Our Story

Hope Grove Recovery is dedicated to providing a safe, sober, and supportive environment for women recovering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD).

Founded by Kate Blouin, who has been actively consulting with the Vermont Alliance for Recovery Residences (VTARR) and serving on the board of the Turning Point Center in St. Albans, VT, Hope Grove Recovery addresses the urgent need for affordable recovery housing in Franklin County, one of Vermont’s top three areas in need of a women’s recovery residence.
